What happens on the day

Arrival & Preparation:

You should arrive with your makeup and hair already done, ready to go into the studio.

If you prefer, there is also an option for on-site makeup and hairstyling, which can be done before the photoshoot begins.

Photoshoot:

The session will last around one hour, during which you will have the opportunity to take both individual photos and family pictures.

Be prepared for a mix of posed and candid shots to capture different aspects of the celebration.

Props & Accessories:

Don’t forget to bring any props or accessories that will enhance the theme of the photoshoot.

Examples include birthday cakes, balloons, party hats, or any personal items that add a unique touch to your photos.

Viewing Session:

After the photoshoot, you’ll have the chance to view the images on computers, where you can go through the shots with the photographer and select your favourites.

Take note of different styles—whether you prefer classic, candid, fun, or elegant shots—and pick the ones that suit your personality best.

Practice Posing

Stand in front of a mirror to experiment with different angles and poses.

Be mindful of your facial expressions. Practice smiling naturally, and consider experimenting with different expressions—like soft smiles, dramatic stares, or playful looks.

Clothing Considerations

Avoid Patterns: Patterned clothing can distracting.. Stick to solid colors or subtle textures.

Bold and Strong Colors: Red can really pop in photos and make you stand out.

Black & White: These classic colors are timeless and can create a sleek, sophisticated look

We offer professional makeup services for your shoot at an additional cost.

If you choose this option, please arrive at the studio with a clean face and no products applied, including hair products.

Alternatively, you’re welcome to do your own makeup and hair.

If you prefer this, please ensure that your makeup is fully applied and your hair styled before arriving at the studio.

If you need to apply your makeup in the studio, please arrive earlier to ensure we stay on schedule for the shoot.

We’re excited to offer birthday photoshoots starting at just £150—an incredible value for capturing those special moments!

However, we highly recommend considering one of our package options to make the most of your session.

This often results in even better photos and gives you the chance to capture more memories with additional images included.

A deposit is required to secure your photoshoot date.

Payments can be made conveniently by credit or debit card over the phone when you book.
