T&Cs Gift Vouchers

1. Your gift voucher is issued by and remains the property of Studios4u
2. When booking your photoshoot,  the payment transaction details are required 
3. All photography sessions must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance, and are based on photographer availability.
4. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue
5. Gift voucher photo shoots must be booked for a date within this 12 month period
6. Your gift voucher will be forfeited if you do not attend your scheduled appointment
7.  We need 48 hours notice of cancellation otherwise your gift voucher will be rendered invalid
8. Any rescheduling of cancelled appointments and carrying-over is entirely at the sole discretion of studios4u
9. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, Studios4u reserve the right to cancel, rendering the gift voucher invalid
10. Studios4u reserve the right to change appointment times and dates in the event that  of unforeseen circumstances
11.  Gift vouchers issued are valid for up to five people to attend a photoshoot
12. Gift vouchers can only be used at Studios4u for photographic services and/or products as described on the voucher
13. Gift vouchers can only be used once and you may not exchange your gift voucher for cash
14. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift vouchers
15. We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and replacement is at the sole discretion of Studios4u.co.uk
16. Refunds will not be given for a gift voucher
17. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or offers and are non-transferable
18. You may not sell your gift voucher and it may not be used in sales or promotional activities
19. Your gift voucher cannot be used as a competition prize
20. We will cancel any gift voucher that has been received due to any unauthorised sales, promotional activity or competition
21. For copyright purposes, no personal photography or filming is permitted during the session
22. Use of digital camera, camera phones, video recorders, or any other photographic/video capture device is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
23. All clients using Studios4u  agree that all images taken may be used for self-advertising and display purposes

Studios4u reserves the right to amend these gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time with no prior notice.
